Wrongfully being debited for insurance i cancelled 12 months ago

I am tired of being debited for insurance for a phone that got lost and i have claimed for. It has been over a year since i asked that my insurance be cancelled and i am still getting debited. I have provided proof of statements from February last that i have been getting debited until this month. I want refund of my money that is being wrongfully debited as the insurance has proof that i cancelled long time ago. I want my refund from last year january until last month. This is really annoying that every time i request feedback i do not get a reply and everytime i call to find out they always tell me it is escalated . 12 months later it is still escalated and i am being debited every month
