Wrong details offered for insurance claims

I have phone contract with Telkom and insured by Finrite. Telkom consultants from Mabopane and Soshanguve gave me wrong email address and phone number for claiming. I went to the website to look for claim details they also wrong.I got the other ones which I'm not sure if the details are correct.I sent the email even now Im still waiting for their response.Can I please be helped as I need this matter to be resolved urgently.For any feedback please use my email address because I dont have phone. ***
