WORST TREATMENT FROM FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS GAME CELLPHONE INSURANCE

Worst service ever, took insurance with them paying R60 p/m and broke the screen in July, now i am told the phone is unrepaired i should choose another phone but had to pay almost half of the same phone that was broken screen and insisted that they must return the broken phone ever since July it is now August and i am battling to get my phone back. Finrite fustrates people, it is so unfair what you are doing and the consultants are so rude . Can Game return my phone please with all my money back
