Worst service provider ever

Two months ago i took my phone in for repairs at finrite insurance i was told i would get my phone after 21 days . I still have not received my phone till today i have paid an excess amount. It is hard to follow up on this campany. I am truly disappointed because I am waiting the longest period to receive a phone i have paid for . I'm stuck I'm supposed to be be doing online schooling . I would not recommend any living person to have finrite as their insurance provider.
