Worst Service I've ever received (Telkom Insurance - Finrite Administrators)

In November last year, my phone was ****** at gunpoint. I reported the case and went on to call Telkom Insurance. Jennifer Mtimkulu from Telkom Insurance (Finrite) asked if I had the Telkom sim card in the phone when it had been ******, I told her no. I was unaware of this clause in the contract as it was never communicated with me by the consultant at the Telkom branch. And my reasons for taking the sim card out were due to network difficulties. So I was told by Jennifer the case was escalated to the underwriters. A week later, I call Telkom Insurance to ask if my case has been escalated to the underwriters. The consultant says no. I am disappointed because the consultants are not communicating the same thing. I ask the consultant (still Jennifer) to send an email confirming that the case has indeed been escalated. Just so that I have proof. Jennifer follows through with this on the 8th of December 2016. The email states that the case has been forwarded to the underwriters and feedback will be provided within 7 to 14 working days. So by the 28th of December, I was supposed to have final feedback on the standing of this claim. I have made numerous calls and I keep on getting the same excuse. The excuse is that the underwriters have not responded to the claim. I have even sent emails to their complaints inbox ********** I get the same excuse. Now my question is, how long am I supposed to wait for this claim to be dealt with? Am I supposed to continue without a phone for the rest of the year until they decide to respond to me with a conclusion? I am angry and frustrated. I have never dealt with such poor service ever. I am paying for this service every month and I am not getting my money’s worth. I am currently using my former colleagues phone and I was supposed to return it in December already. This claim has been with the underwriters for more than a month now. I have spoken to Irene Keke (complaints administrator) and she also gives me the same excuse of the underwriters not getting back to them. Angeline Major sent me an email asking me why my sim card wasn’t in the phone and I responded. However, there has been no follow up from her either. All of my emails are not being answered anymore. I am angry.
