WORST service ever from Finrite Administrators

WORST service ever!!! Finrite Administrators took my device for repairs on the 13th of Jan for just screen repairs. It's the been about 4 weeks now and they are not saying anything. They don't answer calls. If you call you'll hold the line for about 7 minutes, then the call is terminated. They don't reply to emails AT ALL. I can't even check the status of my device online, because they don't update their system. They are just USELESS. I'm cancelling my contract with them as soon as I get my device Back.

I am still waiting even now. There's no agent who has called nor has made a follow up.
I guess you just reply to these complaints and do nothing about it.

Do I have to come to your offices so that we resolve this issue?... because this is just...... Wow.
