Worst service ever!

Finrite is the worst insurance company i have ever come across. I waited for over an hour just to get through to their call center. After collecting all the required documentation for my claim, I emailed it back to them and the email came back saying their mailbox is full. I emailed more than 12 times and i was kept on hold for more than 2 hours with the calls cutting in between. I need my phone and these people are making it difficult for me to put my claim. I wonder if i will ever get assisted. I'm never insuring my phone with Telkom/Finrite ever again!!!!
