WORST SERVICE EVER

I have paid my access on the 28th of May and I have still not received their delivery. I have been calling almost daily and they keep saying that their system is offline, the operator even asked me, " What don't I understand about their system being offline? The worst service one can possibly imagine. DO NOT INSURE YOUR DEVICES with this company. WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE.
