WORST SERVICE EVER...

The worst service ever!!!! i made a claim one month ago and paid my excess i do follow ups every other day and i am told ' we are still waiting for the waybill number from the supplier' and it never gets sent...no whats worse is that when i call the ****** unprofessional consultants ask me to hold then hang up...how pathetic these guys are honestly running a circus its annoying honestly.
