Worst service ever

So yesterday i realized my account wasn't been debited for the insurance on tablet, In June i changed bank account details and informed them, they said its too late so the next month it will be debited from new account, but they only debited in July and haven't since then So i phone in today they say because the bank account is closed, but funny enough they debit from the new account in July. So i email bank statements so that they can see \who's fault it is"and they tell me to open new policy. Ok so I'm so angry now because policy cant be reinstated. I ask if they cant provide me with IMEI number as its on my previous policy so that i can open new policy"
