Worst service ever!

<p>Once again I am experiencing difficulty getting a claim through with above company. The call centre has the most ***********, non-service oriented staff i have ever dealt with and i am so over this frustration. In 2017 i had the same problem. Now again trying to claim for a tablet for my son and not getting feedback. How does a claim take 3 -4 months to resolve? I can not understand why this company is still in business if clearly they are not interested.</p>
