Worst service ever

Worst service ever..my mom paid this company for a cellphone insurance for about two years..she lost her phone an has been trying to claim since the 12th of December with the case number an all required documents..no progress at all.an worst of all they never answer their phones nor revert back to her..now she has no access to her emails an banking stuff..so sad an they still deducted the insurance premium with all these going on
