Worst service and dishonest

On the 6th of Feb 2019, I purchased a phone through Vodacom and insured it with Finrite. Today my cellphone got ******, when I went to claim for it, I was told my application was rejected because in June another simcard was inserted in my contract phone, to which I had no knowledge of. I took the cover for such, now they are giving me the run around.
