Worst service and a bunch of lies

<p>Been waiting for my phone after I made a successful claim and payment on 22 December 2016, to this day I'm still waiting. Nobody has even had the decency to give me a valid and solid update. The call centre ladies are rood. Spoke to Lebo she just says next week for the past three weeks, Mpho just says she doesn't know but soon. Jennifer, Busi and Thobias just read my emails and don't have the decency to reply. The manager there was apparently supposed to call me and never did. All I get is lies that there warehouse is closed. What warehouse do they use that's still closed now? Such ******* and bad service. Telkom must find new insurance administrators </p>
