WORST SERVICE

These guys are inefficient and lack communication. My device was sent for repairs over a month ago with 0 communication. I had to call in to find out what the hold up is am its only then they informed me that I needed to pay the excess. I asked them how do i pay the excess when I have not received any details including the bank details. I pay the excess and again there is complete silence. I called again and they haven't not authorized my claim even though they have received the excess. They couldn't give me an explanation. To make matter worse I spent 45 mins on the calls waiting for their call center. I'm frustrated and disgusted at the service and I cant wait to cancel my contract with them.
