Worst Service...

Worst service ever. Sent my phone in for repairs in October.Tried calling no answer. No replies when emailing. It is a joke trying to call as it says I'm number 4 in the call... then I'm next to go through to an agent. Then once again 15th in the queue. Just what is going on with the call queues? So I decided to email in... one month no response. Send an email to the escalations department and cc in the normal mailbox. Here I am another month later still no response. It's ridiculous...
