Worst Insurance Experience ever

The worst experience. I have ever had. I would advise anyone looking for insurance to look elsewhere and not here. These people will receive your premiums hustle free for years and bring you down to your knees when you need to claim. They will send you from pillar to post, never respond to email, nevermind putting you through from 1 agent to another for you to get any service, if their service even exist. You will send them all every document for your case and follow-up untill you're blue in the face. September will be my second month waiting for the processing and completion of my claim. They say your calls are recorded and recording can be made available to you upon your request lol. Made a recording request of my call on the 18th August 2020 it's now the 31st and still waiting nevermind even a reply on email reminders. Telkom Insurance will humble you shame.
