Worst insurance ever

I am so tired of finrite @ ackermans. It's almost a month now waiting on them to call me regarding my cellphone claim. They asked for my number for a voucher and i confirmed it until now no one has said anything. These people really can't do their work. The agents are rude and very ***********. Do you know how difficult life is without a proper cellphone?
