Worst insurance ever

It's been 8 weeks since I logged a claim on Telkom Finrite ....They won't even bother to tell me about the progress ...Whenever I call I dn get a straight answer they say they are waiting for authority ...My advice to anyone who is about to take insurance please never take this insurance .They don't want to pay back ..I have been paying all my premiems and I lost my paitiance ...Two months without a phone
