Worst insurance company, if u hear they are the service provider for any of ur inaurance, run dont look back

Finrite are the worst insurance company, they double billed me my cellphone insurance for almost 5 months. After i realised i called in to have that rectified which they did then. This was in January. And i was told that the call for refund has been logged i will be paid the latest within two months. Its been 10 months since January i have tried everything, spoke to vodacom about ot as i bought phone at vodacom not realising they use the worst service provider foe thwir insurance. Can someone, anybody pls help i want my money.
