Worst Insurance Company ever (Vodacom re think the Partnership please)

I have been trying to get a refund since October 2020 , from Finrite Inusrance. They incorrectly debited my account for Insurance I did not even ask for. I have been calling non stop and every time there is a story about a back log, I have asked to speak to managers but there is not one available , they will call you back. This insurance company is totally unprofessional, i have read only bad reviews and if this is their service, they wont be in business for very long. I would suggest you do something about this before its too late and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Why would Vodacom even associate themselves with this company. It is now May 2021. I have called over 7 times with the same lame story and still waiting for 2 managers to get back to me. UTTERLY Dissapointed.
