Worst insurance company ever.

I booked my phone for repairs in January but I have not received it back to date. To think I'm paying for a service that doesn't deliver. I'm so disappointed to see other reviews and learn that this is a norm. Their access fee is also quite steep for the terrible service they provide. Worse insurance company ever.
