Worst insurance company ever!!!

I received the worst service from this insurance. These people are so ***********. I pay premiums every month faithfully and this is how they treat me in return. I took my cell phone for a claim for repairs on the 10th of February 2020 to Foschini at Greenacres mall. It was booked for collection by RAM on the 26th of Feb of which it was never collected. I did a follow up for 2 weeks and still the phone was not collected of which the rude agents always promised to do a booking for collection and would make me wait for long on the call until l run out of airtime and l would ask them to get back to me of which 2 or 3 of them did and the rest never got back to me. It's now 3months without a cellphone and l am a University student can't keep up with school work and all they do is not reply to emails and not even pick calls anymore now. To people out there if you want the worst insurance providers Finrite is the way to go!! There you will get served all sorts of nonsenses. Finrite insurance you should be so ashamed of yourselves for what you do to people. When l get myself back. I am definitely canceling insurance with this company. What a disgrace!!!
