Worst insurance company ever!

The level of incompetence of this company is shocking! On top of refusing to fix a faulty repair on their side due to a "damage" that was apparently not even there, they have now sent me back the wrong device. How does this happen? How do I trust anything that they do? How do I know they have been assessing the right phone? I am so done with this company, I don't know what kind of show they are running but its extremely unprofessional and not a good look on their part, something needs to be done!
