Worst insurance company ever

Dear Finrite why is it such a hustle to claim, Its been over a year now since I claimed but no one us attending my matter, I even personally wrote an email to the manager who previously helped me with my claim the last time but dololo response or maybe she passed away or no longer with u, I don't know, but iam even begging now please attend to claim of ID no ***, u forget to pay our claims but u don't forget ur premiums, after u have settled this claim pls cancel my policy with immediate effect, thank you. Failing this Iam taking this matter further, all the major news papers will be talking about you, I will even pay them if they don't publish my story, Hai niyakhathaza, Iam gatvol with u guys
