Worst Insurance company

Finrite Administrators are the worst bunch to ever insure with. If you were considering insuring with them, DONT!! I promise it will be hell to get any assistance from their team. I am convinced that they are all instructed to ignore emails and only answer calls after the client has been on the line for 20 min. Prepare to spend money on airtime when you want to claim. The Managing Director is Ferdi van Zyl- it is time we direct complaints personally to him (be it on Linkedin, Facebook, etc.) before the ombudsman for short-term insurance (OSTI)
