WORST INSURANCE/CALL CENTRE AGENTS/BAD ATTITUDE

<p>I insured a cellphone i bought from GAME stores and i have been waiting for a claim for over 2 months now.</p> <p>They have been giving me a run around and the call centre agents are super super very RUDE.</p> <p>Its been 2 months since the 1st call i made and the phone is being dispatched every time i call with an estimated delivery time of 72hrs and now its been more than 2 months. I don't know how many more hours i have to wait.</p> <p>My ref is GMCML30664. But this is by far the most pessimal insurance ever.</p>
