Worst insurance administrators ever

I have never seen such an *********** and careless administrators. I am being ****** by finrite for the second time now. Bought a fone at edgars in 2017/07/23 and they have never missed a single month of deducting my money. Now I must go back and forth to claim for my cellphone. Even today they deducted my money but can't pay for my fone. I have been waiting for them to call me until to this minute. If I knew that the edgars insurance is finrite I wouldn't have taken it. The staff is so ***********, I don't know where they get training from. I am so annoyed right now. Whenever I have to deal with finrite I get the worst service ever. CAN YOU ATLEAST PAY BACK THE MONEY YOU WERE DEDUCTING ON MY ACCOUNT????
