WORST *********** INSURANCE COMPANY

I have been having cellphone insurance for years and the money is always deducted from my account by finite monthly, I claimed and they advised that the claim is declined as the money was not debited end of January, WHOSE FAULT WAS IT AS THERE WAS MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT its finrite's duty to debit the money monthly as per the agreement we had, I always have sufficient funds on my account. I am taking this matter to Ombudsman and will fight you guys legally, you better DO SOMETHING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. The phones are Huawei and Sumsang J4.
