-worst experience ever -i regret the day i signed for the policy

<p>i asked for the payout on my claim on the 3/05/2017,i was told it takes 3 working days to receive the payout,after ni lock on the 3rd day i phoned to make a follow up and i was told they are waiting for the underwriters to release the money,i follow up after ever 3 day and i get the same answer about the underwriters, i waited the whole f***ken 16 days for the pay-out that was supposed to be finalised in 3 days. whereas they dont delay to debit my account every month. regards ****ed customer</p>
