Worst customer service

I am so annoyed that this company didnt assist me. I sent my Huawei P20 Lite for repairs on the 28th August via Edgars. It has been a month since they mentioned anything. I have called them multiple times about my phone while its with them. They told me it will take 5-7 working days and the period has passed. I'm dissapoimted to the CEO of finrite and I demand they return my phone to me.
