WORST COMPANY EVER EXISTED

Finrite Administrators is really thee WORST insurance company ever!! I'm writing a review for the second time within a period of not more than four weeks because I haven't received my device from them. These people don't care about their clients at all, I've been paying my monthly premiums so well but I can't get the best service from them at all.

I have been trying to claim for a ****** device since January 2020 and till today this useless company hasn't given me a new device, I called them countless times and always been told the same lame story that they would send me an sms stating the excess fee amount I haven't gotten any sms and tried to send them emails so many times with no response from these people. I have been waiting for my device for 6 months and still they have not said anything to me. I'm sick and tired of this company and it's imcompetence, I will never recommend this insurance company to anyone. USELESS!!
