Worst Cellphone Insurance

Horrible insurance. I have been waiting on my phone for the last 3 months and i have been calling this insurance just to receive feedback as to what is happening to my Phone if i will be getting a replacement or not. they promised to get hold of me last week for a replacement and i have not received no response from them at all. Why are they evens a Cellphone insurance provider if they keep disappointing customers. Their client service is absolutely ridiculous they should be rated 0 they don't evens deserve a Star.
