worst cellphone insurance ever

<p>i have booked my cellphone for repairs on the 4th of march, even today i havent got it back from rpeairs. i was told to come to the store because my application form is incomplete, when i got to the store the application form is well complete and yet im still waiting for my phone to be fixed. </p> <p> </p> <p>we tried to called customer care from the storer, none of the service consukltant could help us they couldnt even expalin why they still have my phone. in was then told that i have to pay two excess fess because they discorrved another problem after fixing my phone *(how only them they can explain). We called Zayhan from the store again all she did was to put us on hold and then at the end hangs up the phone, tried calling several other times i was told to hold then they end up hanging up the phone without explanantion.</p> <p> </p> <p>i just want this matter to be solved as this inconvinienced me without a phone since march 4th. ref no RC ********** 601686 acc no -600 81 ********** 3576</p>
