Worst cellphone insurance company to deal with! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Poor customer service , consultant was unhelpful, extremely high wait times to get through to someone, I've spent 2Hrs 30mins of my day just waiting to speak to someone, when i eventually get through to someone they don't have the knowledge to assist me, there is no senior person on shift to speak to , after insisting to speak to the team leader the agent transferred me to the "team leader" only to have my call disconnected as the "team Leader" did not answer , after 1HR 30Mins on the freaking call !!!!!!!! and mind you i had only actually spoken to someone for 10 Mins of the actual call. I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME URGENTLY !!!! I WANT MY CLAIM PROCESSED AS I HAVE COMPLETED ALL I NEED TO FROM MY SIDE !
