Worst cellphone insurance company

Finrite doesn't even deserve the 1-star rating that I'm giving it right now, I was forced to give a rating only to type this review. I've been calling for the past three weeks trying to find out about my claim but no one is communicating back. Everytime I ask to speak to a manager or demand to speak to a manager they never is one available the consultants are evasive and rude, I was told that Andile Mkhwa**** would call me back but no one ever calls from finrite when you make a claim.
