worse service ever

I Bought a cell phone in Dec 2018. i had finrite insurance . i purchased this at Sterns Phoenix and in March 2020 it broke , i had to wait for lockdown and in May the store took my forms. It took them 2 months to call me to bring in the phone for assessment up to now the store nor finrite can give me any answers , it is the worse service ever
