Worse service!!!

I am absoltely appauled at the service i received from Finright. They quick to take my money every month yet cannot assist me. I submiited a claim tehy made me pay an excess two times. Now i am querying about my refund Jean Billings is sending me from pillar to post. I want my damn refund!!!!!!
