WORSE SERVICE

WORSE SERVICE EVER. TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET HOLD OF THE CALL CENTER. WHENEVER SOMEONE ANSWERS THEY TALK IN THE BACK ROUND AND DROPS THE CALL. IS THERE SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME PLEASE.
