WORSE INSURANCE EVER PLEASE PAY MY CLAIM

worst ever, this hasn't been like this before, trying to log a claim telephonically and no luck, gosh this is so annoying calling since the morning, they say they will call you back and no one does, I'm at my wit -end and going to explode. i have submitted the claim via mail with my documentation they read the mail and no reply, i have been paying my monthly premium for 3 years and now they advise i dont have a device i want to claim for on my ID number please can finrite fix this mess, im going to cancel them all and move it to another insurance product as you suck.
