Worse admin service ever

<p>Bought my phone at the telkom score then insured it via finrite, then I lost it about 4 weeks ago, I claimed it and paid about R1600 3 weeks back and till today I've got no phone!! I called them to get the tracking number like they promised but they seem to not know when they can send it.</p>
