why are they insurance companies if they cannot insure us?

<p>In February my friend last aHuwei p8, he emmedintlet contacted his insurance company Finrite insurance (insurance company associted with Telkom)about his misfortune</p> <p>on the 12th of February 2017 he sentab email to the company notifying them of what had occured he was later infrmed to pay some fees in order for the company to be able to deal with what had occured . he paid all the fees after doing so on the 7th of march he received an email confirmation advising him that his claim had been approved and it will take 7 working days for his claim to come through.</p> <p>It has been 3 months but his claim has not come through, what makes it more difficult is that when he contacts the insurance company to try and find out what is going on ,he gets really bad service from the employees of the company they always drop the phone on him with no information about his claim.</p> <p>what is more difficult is that he needs his phone on a daily basis for receiving important emails and phone calls relating to work.</p>
