WHERE IS MY FONE ?? why was i misled ? I deserve answers !

I booked my fone in March to be repaired. Tuesday 10 June 2020 i called and Gugulethu assisted me. You can retrieve the call on her log for 08:01 AM we spoke for 13minutes and you can hear what i was told !

She advised my claim was recieved and finalised and they are waiting for a waybill. Because she can see the claim it came jn for damages and that if i follow up i must just let them know im waiting for waybill number.

Called Thursday, systems offlline.

Called 12.06.202 Friday, Got through to TSEPO who advised me there is no Claim on the system, my fone cant be tracked and nothing has been booked in with them. I am still in shock BECAUSE WHERE IS MY FONE AFTER 3 MONTHS ??!!!

He helped me log a claim and then we could not locate my TRJ number. He really tried to Help me (thank u to him) because i was confused and felt **** to because where is my fone i was told i was getting a replacement on Tuesday ! Why was i fed false stories ??

I found my TRJ called back and spoke to Kaylin, ahe let me know she would be reaching out to the repairs center because she cant find my fone on the system. (Thank you! kaylin)

With all this drama IF ANY ,MY EXCESS FEES SHOULD BE WAIVED BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN FED LIES FOR THIS PERIOD !!! I WAS NOT INFORMED OF ANY EXCESS PAYMENTS ON TUESDAY CAUSE ALL I NEEDED WAS A WAYBILL NUMBER FROM THEM AS ADVISED!

Where is my fone ??? WHY WAS I TOLD TUESDAY IT WAS FINALIZED AND TODAY MY FONE IS GONE ???!!!!!!

I NEED ANSWERS !
