What did I pay for?

<p>A bit over a month ago I lost my phone as angry as I was I figured its fine since I have insurance, but little did I know that a month later I'll still be without a phone... I called the insurance millions of times if they dont hang up on me then they dont answer their phones or come back to me. I have payed them every month never missed a payment and they still debited my account even after not responding to my claim. when i go ask at Cell C I am told that they are not part of the insurance. What did I pay for?</p>
