what am i paying for????????????

<p>I took my phone in to Cell C Roohuiskraal for repair on 30 July and was told it would take UP TO 21 days to repair. After 2 weeks I recieved an sms telling me that i should contact repair centre for my quote. I called, told them that i have insurance so they said they need to get confirmation from the insurance before they can go ahead and repair my phone. I never recieved any communication from Cell C for 2 weeks so I called the insurance yesterday. I was cut off 5 times before i managed to get hold of somebody who told me that all the consultants are busy but she will give my details to somebody and they would get back to me. Until now, nobody has called me. I want to know what is going on with my phone!!!! And when i will get it back. Why has it taken the insurance department 2 weeks to get back to the repairs department??? I pay insurance each month, what is the problem here????</p> <p>Response from CELLC: Please be advised that Skhumbuzo has escalated this matter to Finrite for further assistance and they will contact you with the outcome feedback.</p> <p>Response from FINRITE: Apologies for the delay, we will revert back to you soonest.</p> <p>It has now been nearly 2 weeks since this response from FINRITE. I still have not had any feedbac****!!!! My phone has been in for repair for over a month!!!! What is the hold-up??? I pay insurance!! This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!</p>
