Waste of time and money worst customer service Ever

I just received a call from one of you consultants who firstly had no empathy with me. I mean I experienced a mugging where I was knife pointed and not once did she ask me how am I am doing no concern.

All she wanted was some stupid affidavit, which I already have a police case number whereby I sat at the police station for 2 hours under oath with a police officer who took my statement on a three page document. Never will I go again to the police station for a silly affidavit which makes no sense at all. A case number is more imperative than an affidavit anyone can walk into a police station and get one. A case number should suffice why are people making it hard to claim. Never in a million years will I go again to the police station and write out a affidavit and give you a case number which explains the exact same thing.

I see no point and for my safety Covid-19 will I sit at the police station which I hate doing. I got my Covid-19 results and I am positive not in a million years will I go to get an affidavit. Cancel my insurance you are a waste of time and money.

If that is the case then cancel my insurance and I will lay a formal complaint on Hellopeter for all to see how you treat you customers. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT ASAP.
