Warning!!! Edcon customers with Finrite Insurance

Finrite is administrator for all edcon....Edgars insurance. I have been paying since 19/7/2018 Gadget insurance on a tablet bought from CNA on my Edgars account. It broke now but they did not have any information on their system to know what I have insured by them. Luckily I kept all my slips and they will put my info on. BUT WARNING ---- If I could not supply those slips....the insurance is useless and you can just aswell cancelled it cause although they can see you have bought something and paid insurance for 2 years on it. They will not let you claim if THEY slipped up and did not put the details of the device. THIS is not ecceptable!
