WAITING FOR BROKEN SCREEN TO BE FIXED 4 MONTHS

I am still waiting for my phone, I cannot keep paying for the service that is non existent...broken screen being fixed for 4 months. I have never heard of such.<br> <br> Please advise on the next steps because it seems like Finrite Insurance Administrators doesn't want to give my phone back.<br> <br> I was asked to pay in R300.00 for this transaction to be through. All you do is just take money from people and not offer the service you have promised...It is disgusting the fact that I have to contact Hello Peter for you to respond!<br>
