waiting for a replacement phone for 6months

I claimed for a cellphone insurance on the 10 of december 2014 at cna westgate mall. I have been going the since they faxed my affidavit and id copy and the copy for my insurance . In april a guy called me end told me that the administrator is going 2 call me within 3 working days 2 finalise my claim so that i can go n get my voucher for a replacement . Till today am still waiting for that call. It has been 6months they a not serious about they customers. Edcon must find unother company to work with.
