Waiting delivery

Finrite are failing to deliver. Have put through claim, returned my phone & have paid excess but no delivery on their part. Agents are dropping my calls. Holding for 10 mins & call dropped. Held for 30 mins & Hlengiwe dropped the call. Everytime I speak to their agents I have to repeat what I have already told them for over 10x. I have been paying for insurance consistently every month but when I put through one claim I getting being sent from pillar to post
